“I was born in 200 log cabins” – Abraham Lincolnbot
Actually, I may not be a robotic counterpart of our country’s 16th president living in the year 3000, but I was born in Illinois!
That’s actually me below

The bulk of my existence is made up of playing video games, making games, watching cartoons, and eating more and more vegetarian food!
I’d really love nothing more than to help you create the next amazing and unique gameplay experience.
I can create beautiful and detailed environments, as well as creative character designs.
I can code many different gameplay, UI/UX, and animation mechanics in C# with Unity, and Blueprints in Unreal Engine.
I have been a user of Agile for over 7 years, and frequently suggest the use of it on many game projects I’m part of.
I have strong understanding of Git as well as version control software in general. I understand the essential need for proper project management.
I currently work at the Deerfield Public Library in Deerfield, IL, as the single full-time staff member managing everything that involves using our services. I help patrons with projects, plan classes, design daily, create content for social, and provide a great atmosphere.
I also have extensive knowledge for all the equipment we have in the Space. Over the past 3 years, I’ve become quite the adept at laser engraving, 3d printing, resin printing, vector design, embroidery design, die cutting, sewing, garment design, soldering, AV conversion, along with any new equipment we decide to add.
I worked tech support for DePaul’s CDM school for the entire duration of my degree. My duties varied from image testing, helping staff, students, and faculty, creating documentation, along with honing my customer service skills.
As a design intern, I produced clean and effective UIs and motion graphics while learning a lot about After Effects. I also got a lot of experience in project management, including how to write project proposals.
My degree taught me that many different skills are needed to make a game. I learned how to design a game, yes, but also how to effectively plan a sprint period, measure difficulties and milestones, make gantt charts and design docs, and above all else, communicate effectively.
My time there was just as valuable for the people I met, and the ways my network expanded. My time worked in IT for CDM was one of the best things that could have happened for me, as I met so many equally ambitious and creative individuals whom I still talk to today.
While I didn’t remain at CCAD to finish a degree, it was still a foundational step in my life where I truly started to improve myself as a great artist and individual. I learned art fundamentals — how to effectively do 3d modeling, texturing, and lighting — principles of animation — and also how to network with people, making connections. I met a lot of unique people who definitely help shape the individual I would eventually transfer into DePaul as — a much more ambitious, creative, and mature creator.
